Aliant Financial Services, Inc. (AFS) is a payment and transaction ISO registered with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank serving businesses nationwide. AFS currently handles the merchant accounts for thousands of merchant locations and processing in excess of 1.5 billion dollars annually.
AFS provides payment processing services for Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, Diners Club®, JCB®, ATM, debit cards, EBT state and government cards, electronic gift and loyalty cards. Aliant Financial Services and our Agents work with retail stores, restaurants, mail order & telephone order, e-commerce, internet, home-based, supermarket, and lodging merchants. Aliant Financial Services has developed a proprietary online resource center (Agents Resource) allowing you the agent to stay up-to-date on your accounts and your agents accounts. The Agent's Resource System (www.agentsresource.net) has received industry-wide recognition as a cutting-edge reporting, communication, online residual and portfolio management center. The Agent's Resource System (ARS), designed specifically for our ISO and Agent Bank partnerships, facilitates real-time portfolio management, customer service / statement reporting, residual / profitability reporting and analysis, sales & marketing materials, training information and online merchant account approvals within a few hours. The ARS can only be accessed by Aliant Financial Services partnerships participating in or selling the Merchant Program.
